By booking a class or purchasing a membership/package with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Class Cancellations & No-Shows
In-Person Group Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time to receive a class credit back to your account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged the full rate and will not be refunded or credited.
Private Sessions: Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the loss of that session.
Online/Livestream Classes: Cancellations for online classes must be made 2 hours prior to the class start time.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Cancellation Notice: Recurring memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice (via email).
Billing: If notice is not provided 30 days before your next billing cycle, you may be charged for that month.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
3. Class Packs & Workshops
No Refunds: Class packs (e.g., 10-class bundles) and workshops are final sale and non-refundable.
Expiration: Class packs expire [Insert Time, e.g., 6 months] after purchase.
Non-Transferable: Classes cannot be shared or transferred between individuals.
4. Cancellation by Corework Pilates Davao
In the event that we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergency, or low attendance, we will:
Return the class credit to your account, OR
Offer you a transfer to another class.
Note: No cash refunds are provided for studio-cancelled classes.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed for errors made by the company (e.g., mistaken overcharge) or in specific, approved medical circumstances documented by a doctor. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
